　　Vasque Footwear hired Stephen Spencer as Sales Manager for the Eastern half of the United States and Canada。 Spencer， who is based in Portland， Maine， will manage retail accounts from Texas across to the Eastern Seaboard。 Vasque Sales Representatives based within this territory will also work directly with Spencer。
