第一天：丽江出发途经万里长江第一湾石鼓镇，徒步中虎跳，纳西族东巴圣地白水台宿白水台旅店,海拔sourcevalue="2600" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0">2600m，里程sourcevalue="180" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0">180公里

第二天：游纳西族东巴圣地白水台，高原湖属都湖或碧塔海（碧塔海环保 车  费自理），宿香格里拉，海拔sourcevalue="3200" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0">3200m，里程sourcevalue="190" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0">190公里

第三天：香格里拉出发途经依拉草原(纳帕海)，奔子栏，金沙江月亮湾，东竹林寺，翻越白马雪山垭口(海拔sourcevalue="4292" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0">4292m)经德钦县城至飞来寺朝拜梅望雪山，宿飞来寺，海拔sourcevalue="3300" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0">3300m，里程sourcevalue="197" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0">197公里
