PAONIA， CO， August 24th， 2007 — chaco is pleased to announce that it has named Wes Allen as the company’s new Sales Manager. Allen joins Chaco following 9 years with REI and a total of 14 years of outdoor retail experience.

　　Bringing years of experience in management， merchandising， and a general outdoor retail perspective， Allen represents a major addition to the Chaco Sales Team. Allen is the only REI employee in history to open two new loCATions and has served as Store Manager of three REI locations； Santa Ana， CA， Fairfax， VA， and most recently Mountain View， CA.

　　从管理、销售以及户外零售的多年从业经验等角度来看，Allen无疑是除了Chaco销售队伍之外的一位重要人物。Allen也是REI公司历史上唯一一个建立了两个分店并曾担任REI三个分店店长的雇员（加州的Santa Ana、维吉尼亚州的Fairfax以及最近的加州Mountain View）。
