北京探路者旅游用品有限公司成立于1999年，是一家专业设计、开发、生产和销售户外运动用品的公司，公司总部位于北京市昌平区宏福创业园内，现代化工厂、办公、仓储基地占地16亩，建筑面积8000平米。

　　自创建以来，探路者始终坚持“勇于持续创新、追求卓越品质”的品牌理念，产品系列迅速拓展，目前已囊括从露营装备、野外鞋服到专业登山器材，常规供货超过千种。由于探路者产品品质可靠、广泛应用最新科技材料、产品性价比具有竞争优势而深受户外运动爱好者的欢迎。

　　截止2005年中期，探路者营销网络遍布全国90多个大中城市，销售终端接近350个，销售业绩连年以超过50％的速度增长，据专业机构在中国12个主要城市户外用品知名度调查中，探路者名列首席，探路者已经成为中国户外用品市场的领导品牌。

　　2005年探路者支持可可西里藏羚羊保护区持续开展保护生态工作，并倡议全国探路者用户积极响应，体现了探路者关注环境、关注生态、源自社会、回报社会的企业精神。

　　2005年7月，探路者公司正式启动ISO9001:2000质量国际标准认证工作，我们制定的质量方针是：“追求卓越品质，超越顾客期望，创造感动服务，铸造中国名牌”。

　　此项工作的实施，将使探路者公司在品质控制、服务规范和管理体系上更上一层楼。探路者员工勤奋敬业、勇于创新，正在朝着这着这个方向不断迈进。

Beijing Toread Camping Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in 1999, which is specialized in designing, developing, manufacturing and selling outdoor sports products. The head office is loCATed in Hongfu Entrepreneur Park, Changping District, Beijing, the area of modern production, administration and storage base is 16 Chinese acres, building area is 8000 sq. m.
Since the beginning of the foundation, TOREAD has been insisting on brand concept of "bravely continuous innovating, pursuing excellent quality". The production line extends rapidly which includes from camping equipment, outdoor footwear and clothing to special mountaineering equipment, totally over one thousand items which can be provided to the customers currently. Because of reliable quality, widespread application of latest technical material and competitive performance and price, TOREAD is deeply accepted by outdoor sports enthusiasts. Till the midyear of 2005, the sales network has covered more than 90 large and medium cities all over China, nearly 350 sales outlets, annual sales volume has been increASIng by 50% for sUCCessive years. In an outdoor brand well-knownness investigation undertaken by a specialized organization in 12 main cities, TOREAD ranked the first, which shows that TOREAD has been the leading brand in Chinese Outdoor Products Market.
TOREAD has been always advocating more people to experience camping and recreational life, mountaineering adventure and other outdoor activities to relax their exhausted nerves, to enjoy touching the nature; making effort to make the healthy and upward recreational style part of the Chinese peoples life. We set up TOREAD Outdoor Sports Club and spread it to the whole country.  These clubs have formed a network among which the common reSources can be shared. Every year, TOREAD cooperates with Chinese Mountaineering Association to hold national outdoor games, besides this, TOREAD sponsors extreme adventure activities of universities and social organizations, through this way, TOREAD promotes outdoor activities in China. In 2005, TOREAD supports Hohxil Tibetan Antelope Protection Area to continually protect the environment, and advocates all the Chinese customers to correspond the activity, which represents the spirit of TOREAD: "Care for Environment, Care For Nature, From the Society, Repay the Society".
In July 2005, TOREAD started the work of ISO9001:2000 International Quality Standard Certification, our quality guide line is "Pursue Excellent Quality, Surpass the Customers Expectation, Create Grateful Service, Create a Famous Chinese Brand". Following the implementation of ISO, the quality control, service criterion and management system will step on a higher level.
